Developed in partnership with the Wahiawā Value-Added Product Development Center (WVAPDC)—a future forward initiative by Leeward Community College and the State of Hawaii—this generative AI platform helps food entrepreneurs and exporters streamline product development.
The tool automates nutritional labelling, HACCP compliance, and certifications for USDA and FDA markets. Phase 2 will expand support to Halal certification across ASEAN and MENA, enabling more inclusive, export-ready innovation in the global food ecosystem.
